How should the meeting be managed?
The role of the chair is to manage the meeting and ensure the meeting gets through the agenda. Ideally the high priority items are at the top of the agenda. Any conflicts of interest should be declared at the start of the meeting. The role of the chair will be to ensure that everybody who wants to contribute does so and that any domineering members are managed.
The Chair should ask Company Secretary to confirm the decisions made and action points at end of the meeting.
