Board Evaluation

The names of Wells Fargo, BT, Anglo, Console, Olympic Council of Ireland, Ryanair etc, have raised many governance issues and have ushered in a new era of greater scrutiny and stricter enforcement in the corporate governance of organisations.
Therefore, there is a greater level of public, shareholder and stakeholder expectation that boards will do their job.

We have conducted over 100 governance assignments in a plethora of organisations. This
experience and expertise has been captured in several books published by Chartered
Accountants Ireland authored by David W Duffy.
